1. Nature of the Platform

SolPoker provides online poker cash games, tournaments, and related entertainment features. Poker involves skill, chance, and the risk of losing the full amount committed to play.

Game formats, stakes, buy-ins, blind structures, tournament rules, payout structures, and table limits are shown on the Platform and may vary by game.

SolPoker is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, or provider of financial guarantees.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your access to and use of online poker is lawful in every jurisdiction from which you use the Platform
• You are not subject to sanctions or other restrictions that prohibit your use of the Platform

You are solely responsible for determining whether the Platform is permitted in your location. We do not represent that the Platform is lawful or available in every jurisdiction and may restrict locations or users at any time.

3. Accounts, Sessions, and Wallet Security

You may access SolPoker through an account, an authenticated session, a connected digital wallet, or other supported sign-in method. You must provide accurate information when requested and may not impersonate another person.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, session, and connected wallets, and for protecting your devices, credentials, private keys, seed phrases, and session links. Never share credentials or permit another person to play through your identity.

Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may take reasonable security measures, but we cannot recover private keys, reverse completed blockchain transactions, or guarantee recovery of an account or wallet.

4. Poker Rules and Game Results

You agree to follow the rules, betting limits, action timers, table requirements, and tournament conditions displayed on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing them before joining a game.

The Platform records actions, cards, pots, stacks, entries, eliminations, and payouts. Subject to correction of a verified technical or settlement error, SolPoker’s game records and application of the displayed rules determine game results.

A disconnection, device failure, delayed response, or failure to act before a timer expires may cause a check, fold, blind posting, sit-out, elimination, or other automatic action. You remain responsible for maintaining a suitable connection and device.

Game availability, table selection, stakes and formats may change at any time.

5. Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

The Platform may support deposits and withdrawals using digital assets and blockchain networks. Supported assets, networks, addresses, minimums, limits, and processing information are shown in the applicable interface.

You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network, wallet address, and transaction details. Sending unsupported assets or using an incorrect network or address may result in permanent loss.

Displayed balances may represent amounts available for poker play, reserved in a game or tournament, pending processing, or eligible for withdrawal. Funds committed to an active hand or tournament may not be withdrawable until the applicable game process is complete.

We may delay, reject, limit, or review a deposit or withdrawal to address security, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, technical issues, legal requirements, or insufficient available funds. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted.

6. Fees and Rake

SolPoker may charge rake, tournament entry fees, or other fees only as disclosed in the relevant game, tournament, cashier, or Platform interface. Promotional or fee-free games may also be offered.

Blockchain gas fees, bridge fees, conversion costs, or third-party processing fees may apply to deposits, withdrawals, or transfers. These amounts may fluctuate and may be deducted from or added to the amount shown where disclosed.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable stakes, payout structure, rake, and fees before confirming an action.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Collude, share hole-card information, coordinate play, soft-play, chip dump, or otherwise manipulate a game or tournament
• Use bots, scripts, real-time assistance, unauthorized software, data mining, or automated decision tools unless SolPoker expressly authorizes them
• Operate multiple identities or accounts to evade restrictions, gain an unfair advantage, or abuse promotions
• Exploit bugs, latency, disconnections, rules errors, or vulnerabilities, or fail to report a material exploit
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or abuse another user or Platform personnel
• Launder funds, use proceeds of unlawful activity, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Platform, upload malicious code, or interfere with security or game operation

You must not assist or encourage prohibited conduct. We may use game records, account information, device or network signals, and other available information to investigate integrity concerns.

8. Suspension, Enforcement, and Operator Controls

To protect users, games, or the Platform, we may warn, mute, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate a user; pause or close a table or tournament; cancel an entry; limit features; or require additional review.

Where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misconduct, security events, payment issues, or legal obligations, we may temporarily hold withdrawals or restrict access to funds. We may correct game records, reverse Platform credits, confiscate improperly obtained winnings, or refund affected users when supported by our records and permitted by law.

We may refuse service or remove content or table names that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful. Enforcement decisions may consider the severity, evidence, user history, and risk to other users.

9. Promotions and Communications

Bonuses, freerolls, sponsorships, leaderboards, and other promotions may have additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, limits, and rules. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms control for that promotion.

You may receive service messages needed to operate your account, games, security, or transactions. Community and chat features must be used responsibly and may be moderated.

10. Third-Party and Blockchain Services

The Platform may rely on services not controlled by SolPoker, including:

• Digital wallet and authentication providers
• Public blockchain networks and smart contracts
• Bridges, exchanges, conversion services, and RPC providers
• Hosting, analytics, communications, and security providers

Third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, compromised, modified, or discontinued. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies, and SolPoker is not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or security.

11. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept risks including:

• Losing some or all funds committed to poker play
• Software defects, incorrect displays, service interruptions, and cybersecurity incidents
• Wallet compromise, lost credentials, and irreversible or misdirected blockchain transactions
• Network congestion, chain reorganizations, smart-contract failures, bridge or conversion failures, and digital-asset volatility
• Changes in laws, regulation, taxes, or the availability of online poker in your jurisdiction

Only play with funds you can afford to lose. You are responsible for your decisions and for obtaining legal, tax, or other professional advice where appropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

The SolPoker name, branding, website content, interfaces, and associated materials are owned by SolPoker or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms, SolPoker grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolPoker disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous game availability, any particular opponent or result, the value of any digital asset, or that defects or vulnerabilities will be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolPoker and its operators, contributors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, winnings, digital assets, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
• Unauthorized access, service interruption, third-party failures, or blockchain events

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolPoker, its operators, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Your fraud, misconduct, or infringement of another person’s rights

16. Platform and Terms Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue games, features, payment methods, limits, promotions, or portions of the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Platform after they become effective constitutes acceptance.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any rules or additional terms displayed for a specific game, tournament, promotion, or service, constitute the entire agreement between you and SolPoker regarding the Platform.
