Privacy Policy

Last updated September 26, 2026

Welcome to SolPoker.com (“SolPoker,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit SolPoker.com, sign in, play poker, use the cashier, or contact support (together, the “Platform”), how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

SolPoker is an online poker room. You sign in with a Google account or a crypto wallet, choose a username, and play cash games and tournaments with a balance funded by digital-asset deposits.

We do not run identity verification (“KYC”). We do not ask for identity documents, a legal name, or a home address to open an account, play, deposit, or withdraw. We collect what is needed to run your account, seat you in games, move funds, keep games fair, and secure the Platform, and we explain each of those categories below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require, and do not intentionally collect or store:

  • Legal names (unless you choose to include one in a username, an email address, or a support message)
  • Government-issued identification, passports, or driver’s licences
  • Physical addresses or dates of birth
  • Bank account or payment-card details — the Platform does not handle fiat payments
  • Biometric information
  • KYC/AML verification documents

Please do not send us identity documents; we will never ask for them.

3. Information You Provide

Sign-in identity. If you sign in with Google, we receive and store your Google account identifier and the verified email address on that account; the display name Google shares with us is used to address your welcome email and is not stored. If you sign in with a crypto wallet, we store the public wallet address you sign in with and the chain it belongs to; signing in is a signed message from your wallet, and we never receive a private key or seed phrase. Accounts created through an earlier sign-in provider keep the email address they were created with.

Profile. The username you choose and, if you upload one, an avatar image. Both are shown to other players (see section 7).

Cashier details. Destination wallet addresses you give us for withdrawals, the assets and networks you select, and the amounts involved.

Messages. Table chat messages, and anything you send through live support or the support form, including a contact email address if you choose to give one.

Referrals. If you arrive through a referral link, the referral code it carried.

4. Information Collected Automatically

Network and device information. Your IP address and the approximate country derived from it, your browser and device type (user agent) and language, and a “device fingerprint”: a one-way hash computed in your browser from device characteristics such as user agent, language, platform, screen size, time zone, and graphics rendering. The fingerprint itself is sent only as that hash; a few device characteristics are also sent in the clear on your first visit (see below). Where a hash cannot be computed we rely on the device cookie and IP address instead.

Visit and activity data. The page that referred you to us, the pages you view, how long a tab stays active or idle, and counts of clicks, scrolls, and key presses in that tab. On your first visit we also record your time zone, the number of processor cores and languages your browser reports, whether the device has a touch screen, which wallet extensions your browser exposes, and whether it shows signs of automation. We use these to understand how the Platform is used and to tell people from bots; they are not used for advertising.

Diagnostics. If the app crashes in your browser it sends us a crash report: the error and its technical stack trace, the page and action it happened on, and basic network diagnostics, so we can fix it.

Game records. Every hand you play is recorded: the cards dealt to you, the community cards, each action and its timing, pot sizes, stacks, results, tournament entries, eliminations, and payouts, together with the sealed-deck shuffle data for the hand (our commitments and any seed you supplied).

Transaction records. Deposits, withdrawals, balance changes, rake, tips, bonuses, the deposit addresses we generate for your account, and the on-chain transaction identifiers involved.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Platform sets the following cookies. All of them are first-party; none are used for advertising.

  • premu_sid — a signed session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is renewed while you are active and expires after 30 days of inactivity.
  • premu_srt — a signed timestamp used to limit how often the session cookie is renewed (30 days).
  • premu_did — a random device identifier set for every visitor, signed in or not. It lasts one year and survives signing out. We use it for security, abuse prevention, detecting multi-accounting and collusion, and enforcing restrictions on accounts that broke the Terms.
  • premu_ref — the referral code you arrived with, if any (30 days).
  • Short-lived cookies used only while you sign in with Google, to protect the sign-in against forgery and replay.

Your browser’s local storage holds your preferences (sound, colour mode, amount display, auto-muck, open tables), the device-fingerprint hash, your first referring page, a referral code, your sealed-deck seed, and your wallet-connection choices. Wallet-connection libraries (such as WalletConnect / Reown AppKit) keep their own connection state in your browser.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels, and we do not track you across other websites, so browser “Do Not Track” settings change nothing about how the Platform behaves. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; without the session cookie you cannot stay signed in, and without the device cookie our security checks rely on your IP address and fingerprint hash instead.

6. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate your account: sign you in, seat you at tables and in tournaments, show your username, avatar, and stack to the other players in a game, and keep your preferences
  • Run the cashier: detect your deposits, credit your balance, process withdrawals and tips, and keep accurate ledgers
  • Keep games fair: record and replay hands, verify sealed-deck shuffles, resolve disputes, and investigate collusion, multi-accounting, bots, chip dumping, and exploitation of bugs. Because we hold no identity documents, device and network signals (IP address, device cookie, fingerprint hash) are our main tool for telling accounts apart and linking accounts that are operated together
  • Secure the Platform: rate-limit and block abusive traffic, protect accounts against takeover, and enforce restrictions on accounts and devices that broke the Terms
  • Support you: answer support requests and follow up on them
  • Send service messages: for accounts with an email address we send transactional emails such as a welcome message, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal notices. We currently send no marketing email
  • Improve the Platform: aggregate usage statistics, performance data, and crash reports
  • Meet legal obligations: respond to lawful requests and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Our operators are notified of events that need attention — large deposits or withdrawals, withdrawal approvals, support messages, suspected abuse — and those notifications include the account, amounts, and network details relevant to the event. When investigating an account, our operators may also review its activity on the Platform (pages viewed, tables played, and timing) as it happens, and the full game records of its hands.

7. What Other Players and Visitors Can See

Poker is played in public. At a table, other players see your username, avatar, stack, actions, and any cards you show at showdown, and can read your table chat. Completed hands can be replayed by other visitors and show what a spectator at the table would have seen: usernames, actions, the board, and cards that were shown. Cards folded or mucked unseen are not shown to other players; they remain in our game records, which our systems and operators use to run and review games.

Your player card shows other players your username, avatar, hands played, hands won, showdown record, and net result at the tables. You can hide those statistics from other players in your profile settings; your username and avatar stay visible, as do leaderboards, the lobby winner ticker, and tournament results, which show usernames and winnings.

Detailed statistics on your own play are shown only to you.

8. Wallets and Blockchain Data

Deposits and withdrawals move over public blockchains. The deposit addresses we generate for your account, the addresses you withdraw to, and every transaction between them are permanently visible to anyone on those networks, independently of SolPoker. We cannot delete or alter blockchain records.

Deposit addresses are created and held by SolPoker. The private keys that control them are held on our servers — stored encrypted, or derived on demand from a master secret that is kept outside the database — and are used only to move deposited funds onward. Where a deposit needs conversion or bridging to reach your balance, it passes through third-party swap, bridge, and settlement protocols that see the on-chain transaction but not your account.

When you connect a wallet, your wallet provider (for example MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or a WalletConnect-compatible wallet) processes your address and connection data under its own privacy policy.

9. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with the services we need to run the Platform, each limited to its role:

  • Google, for Google sign-in and for the web fonts the site loads from Google’s servers
  • Wallet-connection services (WalletConnect / Reown AppKit, Coinbase Wallet SDK) that relay the connection between your wallet and the Platform
  • Blockchain node and indexing providers that read and broadcast transactions for us
  • Swap, bridge, and settlement protocols (such as CoW Protocol, LI.FI, Circle CCTP, Relay, and Chainflip) that route deposits and withdrawals between assets and networks
  • An email delivery provider (Postmark) for transactional email
  • A messaging service (Telegram) that delivers alerts and support conversations to our operators
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce the Terms, to protect the rights, property, or safety of SolPoker, our users, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Platform.

10. Retention

Account, game, and transaction records are kept for as long as your account exists and afterwards for as long as we need them to audit balances, resolve disputes, investigate misconduct, and meet legal obligations. Hand histories are also the record of the other players in those hands and are kept after an account is closed.

Device and network signals used for security are kept for as long as they are useful for integrity and abuse prevention; restrictions tied to them expire on their own schedule. Support conversations are kept so that we can follow up on them.

11. Your Choices and Rights

In your profile you can change your username and avatar and hide your player statistics from other players. Signing out ends your session and clears the Platform’s wallet and sign-in state from your browser.

To close your account, contact support. Withdraw your balance first: a closed account can no longer sign in or withdraw. Do not send funds to a closed account’s deposit addresses — an on-chain transfer cannot be stopped, but a closed account cannot be credited; contact support if this happens. Closing an account ends its access and stops service emails; game and transaction records are retained as described in section 10, and the account’s sign-in identities and device signals may be kept to prevent the account from being re-created.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Send requests to support@solpoker.com. Because we hold no identity documents, we verify requests through your signed-in session or a message signed by the wallet on the account.

12. Data Security

Traffic to the Platform is encrypted in transit, session and device cookies are signed so they cannot be forged, and the private keys of the deposit addresses we generate are never stored in plain text. Access to account and transaction data is limited to the operators who run the Platform.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your Google account, wallet, and devices secure, and tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

13. International Use

SolPoker is operated from, and its servers and service providers may be located in, countries other than yours. By using the Platform you understand that your information is processed where those systems run, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to online poker and digital assets where you live.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the law where you live requires it, to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will close it.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
